SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping

Good Boy Louie currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours (3 business days) before shipping. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at sales@louielouielouie.com. Please note that Good Boy Louie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With all original packaging materials intact
  • With all tags attached (if applicable)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@louielouielouie.com to initiate your return.
  2. Package your item securely with all original packaging materials.
  3. Include your order number and return reason with your package.
  4. Ship your return to: Good Boy Louie

  5. Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you received a damaged or incorrect item).

EXCHANGES

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the same process as outlined in the Return Process section.
  2. Clearly indicate which item you would like in exchange.
  3. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Window

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@louielouielouie.com with your order number and cancellation request.

REFUNDS

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at sales@louielouielouie.com. Please include photos of the damaged item or the incorrect item you received.

For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • Shipment of a new, correct item at no additional cost
